We offer two pricing models depending on your needs and how you'd like to scale:
One-Time Build & Delivery
For clients who prefer a fixed, upfront engagement, we offer an all-in-one build fee that includes consulting, workflow analysis, and custom development. This option gives you full ownership of the deployed automation. Hosting, cloud runtime, or third-party tool costs are billed separately if you choose to host through us.
Usage-Based Automation (With Commitment)
For automations intended to run regularly, we offer a pay-as-you-use model that amortizes the build cost into predictable monthly "run" fees. This includes cloud runtime, monitoring, and light support — with a minimum commitment to ensure sustainability. In most cases, the upfront cost is spread over 12–24 months with a margin for updates and usage scaling. Renewal years are often discounted if no major rework is required.

We’re building a browsable catalog of pre-built automations tailored to common platforms and workflows (e.g. invoice capture, payroll extraction, lead assignment, compliance logging).
